Terms & Conditions

Agreement: Any class bookings or TENS hire is bound by the below terms and condition which must be agreed to on booking:

CLASSES 

Bookings:

• Confirmation: Enrollment is only final once full payment is received. If payment is not received within 14 days of your class date, then your spot may be given to someone else. 
• Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule classes with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Please contact us if you wish to change the date of your booking. 
• Catering: You must notify In.Birth of any dietary requirements or allergies within 7 days of your class date. 
• Support person: Cost of classes includes yourself and 1 support person. All T&Cs apply to both attendees. 

Payment and Refunds:

• Fees: Class fees are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full to secure a spot.
• Refunds: Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to your class. We understand that, particularly in pregnancy, the unexpected can happen and any refunds for cancellations made after this period will be considered on an individual basis if supportive documentation can be provided. 

Health and Safety:

• Health Conditions: Please inform the instructor of any health conditions or concerns you may have prior to the class. We will try our upmost to accommodate these. 

Code of Conduct:

• Behavior: We ask that all attendees behaviour respectfully towards the instructor and other participants. We want all participants to feel comfortable and able to engage. Disruptive or judgmental behavior may result in removal from the class.
• Punctuality: We please ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled class, there is a lot of information to get through and this allows us to keep on schedule. 

Photo and Video Consent:

• Media: The instructor may take photos or videos during your class for promotional purposes. A consent form will be provided for you to opt out if you do not wish to have your images taken or used. Some promotional classes may require consent to images. This will be stated on the class information, please check before booking. You will not have the option to opt out for these specific classes.  

Liability Waiver:

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that prenatal classes involve physical activity and accept the risks associated with such activities.
• Liability: The provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues that may occur during or as a result of participation in the classes.
• Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The provider is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Privacy Policy:

• Personal Information: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for class administration and will not be shared to any third parties without your consent. 
• Any images or videos used on our website or social media platforms will only be tagged at your own request, as per the use of images consent form. 

TENS hire:

Payment and Refunds:

• Payment to be made in full at time of booking. 
• Refunds not available once hire period commenced. 

Health and Safety:

• TENS to be used only as per instruction manual included.
• In.Birth will not be held liable for any damages incurred through incorrect use. 

Liability Waiver:

• Liability: The provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues that may occur as a result of incorrect use. The customer will be liable for cost to replace or repair TENS machine if any damage incurred during hire period.
